Lynette Rojas, 37, pleaded guilty to multiple felony counts earlier this month.
Prosecutors say the money lost through Rojas's theft resulted in employee layoffs and program cuts for needy children.
In addition to three years in prison, Rojas was ordered to pay $165,000 in restitution and $270,000 in fines.
