The fire broke out around 11:30 p.m. Thursday in the 6200 block of Warner Avenue.
Officials said another man who lived inside the home escaped unharmed.
The mobile home was destroyed. Thirty firefighters from two departments helped knocked down the blaze.
Five people from a neighboring mobile home were displaced because of fire damage.
The cause of the fire remained under investigation.
