You must bring in a reusable mug or tumbler to participating stores to get your complimentary brewed coffee or hot tea.
If you don't have a mug or tumbler yet, the company is also selling its own reusable tumblers for 20 percent off.
Starbucks said it is offering the promotion to help customers reduce their environmental footprint.
