The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as 17-year-old Michelle Lozano of Los Angeles. A homeless person walking along the state street off-ramp discovered the naked body in a broken plastic storage container.
An examination of Lozano's body was pending for the cause of death. Anyone with information is urged to contact Los Angeles police at 323-342-4100.
