Cinemark theaters to get closed captioning

The movie theater chain, Cinemark, will install closed captioning devices in all 64 of its California theaters.

The company's decision settles a lawsuit filed by a Berkeley, Calif.-based disability rights group.

The group, Disability Rights Advocates, claimed of the nation's three largest movie chains, Cinemark was the only one not to offer the closed captioning equipment.

The settlement applies only to Cinemark theaters in California.
