On Tuesday, deputies said they responded to a female caller who said she walked in on her father sexually assaulting a 7-year-old female family member. Deputies said that the girl also disclosed other incidents of sexual abuse.
Police arrested 48-year-old Pedro Zaragosa in Rialto Wednesday. He was booked at the West Valley Detention Center for Child Molestation.
