That fan, /*Bryan Stow*/, remains in the hospital and has been in a medically-induced coma.

Sheen collected donations from audience members at his show in San Francisco on Saturday.

The audience donated $4,000, and another $9,000 was raised through merchandise profits. Sheen donated $7,000 of his own money.

Sheen's publicist Barry Klarberg said the actor was saddened by the attack on Stow on March 31.

Sheen is an avid baseball fan and has drawn cheers for sporting the hometown ball club's jersey in cities on his "Violent Torpedo of Truth" tour.
