The fitness education campaign is part of Project ACES which stands for, All Children Exercise Simultaneously. The Project engages children, parents and teachers to participate in physical activity at their schools and homes.
Schools can choose from various exercise activities. The program includes an educational component as well.
The goal of Project ACES is to teach children that you can be fit for life and that fitness is fun.
