After leading police on a chase for miles, the driver of the Ford Expedition suddenly pulled into the parking lot of a Sun Valley hospital Friday night.
Police said they had been trying to pull the man over in North Hollywood. The driver then took off at speeds approaching 50 mph.
When he stopped in the parking lot, officers approached the SUV with their weapons drawn, and the driver surrendered without incident.
