Robert Rizzo has gone from Bell city administrator to suspected felon to a muse for an unidentified artist.

Pictures of Rizzo have popped up in at least two spots in downtown Los Angeles.

It appears to be the work of an anonymous street artist. The works are unsigned with "Mysterizzo" written at the bottom.

Rizzo and eight other officials are accused of bilking the city of Bell out of more than $5.5 million through hefty salaries, benefits and illicit loans of public money.
