A foreclosed home in Orange County that was vandalized to the point of near complete demolition, has sold for more than $1 million.

The Huntington Beach house, which is situated on a golf course in a gated community, had toilets torn out and cement poured into drains.

Trash was everywhere and mold grew throughout the house from a hot tub left overflowing.

In spite of the damage, the Orange County Register reported the house sold for more than the $1.1 million asking price.

There was no word on who was suspected of committing the vandalism.
