"Diddy" is done for now.
Rapper/producer/media mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs announced to fans on his Twitter account on May 19 that he will be changing his name to "Swag." However, unlike his previous name changes, this one will only be for a week.
"Got a little bored when i was sick so i decided to change my name for one week," he Tweeted.
He went on to explain the change in a YouTube video seen below.
"I decided that I'm gonna change my name for a week in honor of my comeback," he said on a video. "I've gone as Puff, Puffy, Puff Daddy, P. Diddy, Diddy, King Combs, my real name is Sean Combs, and for a week, this week only, you can call me by my new name, Swag."
Combs' last music effort was in December, when his musical group Diddy-Dirty Money released their debut album "Last Train to Paris." The group features Combs and singers Dawn Richard and Kalenna Harper.
