Seoul's largest plastic surgery clinic BK DongYang performs about 100 surgeries a day. And it's not just eyelid surgery but nose reshaping and facial contouring to slenderize the typically rounder Asian face.
"The Chinese and Korean patients tell me that they want to have face like Americans," said Dr. Kim Byung Gun from BK DongYang.
Some of those going under the knife are kids. There are before and after pictures of a 12-year-old girl that recently underwent plastic surgery for more westernized eyes. She says she loves the results.
