Fish cooked certain ways is better for heart

A new study shows you need to pay attention to how you cook your fish in order to glean the maximum health benefits.

A new study shows just eating fish, which is high in Omega-3 fatty acids, isn't enough. To get the biggest benefit, it all depends on how you prepare it.

Experts found women who ate five servings of broiled fish had a 30-percent lower risk of heart failure.

However, women who ate one serving of fried fish increased their risk of heart failure by as much as 48 percent.

Experts say the best heart-healthy fish is salmon.
