Sarah Palin flips Paul Revere's historic ride

BOSTON

Most school kids are taught that Revere's ride was to warn rebels that the British were coming.

After touring Revere's house in Boston this week, /*Palin*/ suggested Revere was warning the British with his gunfire and bells.

"He warned the British that they weren't going to be taking away our arms by ringing those bells and making sure as he's riding his horse through town to send those warning shots and bells," said the former Alaska governor.

Meantime, three declared Republican presidential candidates spoke out on Friday.

Former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, Former Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty and Congressman Ron Paul all appeared at a gathering of the Faith and Freedom Coalition.
