There was an attempt to set a record for the world's largest swim lesson in pools across the world Tuesday morning, and one of the events took place in Tustin.

Four-time Olympic gold medalist Janet Evans and Kids Worldwide tried to set a new Guinness record for the largest swim lesson. 30,000 people in 20 countries took part in the event.

It's meant to focus attention on the importance of teaching kids to swim, and of course to have a little fun.
