The school board voted Tuesday to eliminate chocolate and strawberry milk from its menus as of July 1.
It's part of a move to provide students with more nutritious food and beverage options.
Jamie Oliver, host of ABC's "Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution" had campaigned to have flavored milk removed from school menus.
In a recent appearance on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" Superintendent John Deasy vowed to do just that.
Oliver called it a "victory" for the health of kids in the nation's second largest school district.
