Manuel Martinez, 20, a known Oxnard gang member, was arrested at about 7 p.m. Thursday. Martinez was taken into custody at his home, where police said they found the wallet of one of his alleged victims.
He was also charged with two robberies from late March. Martinez had been released from Folsom Prison in April.
