The Beverly Hills fertility doctor who implanted Nadya Suleman with octuplets is challenging the decision to revoke his medical license.

Dr. Michael Kamrava filed a petition asking for a stay of the July 1 revocation.

He said if his license is taken away, it would be detrimental to his ability to earn a living.

He's asking instead for probation.

Suleman has a total of 14 children, all of whom were conceived as a result of Kamrava's treatment.
