The five-bedroom home featured in the movie "Marley & Me," which starred Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson is on the market for $1.25 million.
The property, which was built in 1831 on 16 acres of property, is being marketed as the spot where the 2008 movie was filmed. (Check out photos of the home.)
Producers from the movie sought a "greeting card perfect stone house" for the film and found it in the Pennsylvania property.
Thehouse features a Waterbury Designs kitchen, a claw foot tub in the master bathroom, a 50-year-old cedar roof and a six stall barn with fenced pastures.
"Marley and Me" was based on the memoir of John Grogan, a former newspaper reporter who often wrote about his lovable but mischievous Labrador retriever, Marley. Wilson and Aniston starred as the couple who brought Marley into their lives while their marriage grew into a family.
The owners of the Chester County home, attorney John Ennis and photographer Lisa Taylor Ennis, are downsizing but said that the home still gets a lot of attention since being featured in the film, Chester County Daily Local News reports.
"People still come by to take pictures," Ennis said of the property. "A whole load of kids and parents will jump out of the car and snap photos in front of Marley's house. People are polite and discreet; they don't want to meet us. They just want to see Marley's house."
Most of the couple's furniture, quilts and artwork remained in the house during filming and set designers brought in some things from the movie's Florida set.
Meanwhile, Aniston, who starred in "Marley & Me" put her Beverly Hills home on the market for $42 million in February.
