Dia Frampton, a finalist on NBC's "The Voice," will team up with country singer Miranda Lambert for a duet on the singing competition's June 29 live finale.
Frampton will compete against Javier Colon, Beverly McClellan and Vicci Martinez on June 28 and the winner will be announced the following night.
"The Voice" judge and coach Blake Shelton chose Frampton for his team after she sang the song "Bubbly" by Colbie Caillat for her blind audition on Week 2.
Grammy Award-winning Lambert married fellow country singer Shelton in May, after dating for six years.
"I am thrilled to perform on my favorite new show," Lambert said in a statement obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com. "It's been a joy watching my husband grow so attached to his team. Truthfully, I am a little jealous that I am not a coach myself. I can't wait to be a part of it."
Lambert recently won several CMT Awards, including Top Female Vocalist of the Year, Female Video of the Year, Single of the Year and Song of the Year for "The House That Built Me." Her last three albums have gone platinum and Lambert is currently recording her fourth album to be released in the fall. She recently headlined the "Revolution Continues" tour.
"Miranda is an amazing artist and it will be fascinating to see her blend her talents with those of Dia," NBC and Universal Media Studios' executive vice president of universal programming, Paul Telegdy said. "This special duet is what 'The Voice' represents to our audience. Together, Miranda and Blake, who represent a true power couple in country music, will help provide a memorable finale for our first season."
"The Voice" features coaches Christina Aguilera, Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine, "Forget You" singer Cee Lo Green and Shelton.
The series is hosted by Carson Daly and features the four coaches working through the various phases of the competition with only the most talented vocalists. The show's second season will air mid-season Mondays at 8 p.m. ET.
Burnett, the producer who revolutionized reality television with "Survivor" and "The Apprentice" based the show's format off of "The Voice of Holland," which is the most-watched talent show in Dutch TV history, beating out the Dutch versions of "American Idol" and "The X Factor."
Frampton and her sister Meg are the founding members of the rock band Meg & Dia, which was signed to Warner Bros. Records in 2007 and released their most recent album "Here, Here and Here" in 2009. The band is currently unsigned after being dropped by the label in 2010.
The live season finale of "The Voice" airs on Wednesday, June 29 at 8 p.m. ET on NBC.
