Lovedeep Singh, 15, was last seen a week ago near the Radisson Hotel next to USC. He was wearing a gray shirt, tan pants and carrying a red backpack.
Singh has black hair and brown eyes. He stands 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing about 130 pounds with a slim build and wears a diamond earring in his right ear.
Police said he speaks limited English. There was no evidence of foul play.
"There is no indication that he was kidnapped. So once again, we're kind of at a loss whether he's voluntarily not wanting to be found, or whether there's other circumstances. So we have no circumstances to indicate any of reason. So we're looking. Hopefully somebody has seen him, knows him or knows where he's at, and somebody calls us and lets us know," said LAPD Capt. Vito Palazzolo.
