JPMorgan Chase Bank reportedly filed the foreclosure lawsuit last month.
The foreclosure filing says Kelly hasn't made monthly mortgage payments since June 2010.
A spokesman for the singer declined to comment, but he told the Associated Press that Kelly isn't in financial trouble.
The spokesman said Kelly now lives in Chicago and that his recent tour and 2010 album, "Love Letter," were successful.
