OTRC: Victoria Beckham says she has "fallen in love" with baby girl Harper Seven

Victoria Beckham is head over heels in love with her baby daughter Harper Seven and took to Twitter to express her feelings over becoming a mother for the fourth time.

"Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen," the new mother gushed on Twitter on Thursday. "I have fallen in love all over again! We all feel so blessed, and the boys love their baby sister so much."

David Beckham revealed the baby's name on his Facebook page earlier in the week writing, "I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister."

A source told Us Weekly that the name had several meanings, the least of which being that "7" was David's jersey number when he played for Manchester United and England.

"Harper is an old English name that [Victoria] has always liked," a source told Us Weekly recently. "Seven is a very spiritual lucky number. She was born in the seventh month, in the seventh hour."

Beckham gave birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center via cesarean section in Los Angeles at 7:55 a.m. local time on July 10. Little Harper weighed in at 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

David Beckham brought his family to Los Angeles when he was transferred to the LA Galaxy soccer team. The pair has three sons, 11-year-old Brooklyn, 8-year-old Romeo and 6-year-old Cruz. The two married on July 4, 1999 in Ireland four months after welcoming their first son Brooklyn.

The soccer star talked to reporters recently about expecting a baby girl at a press conference for the LA Galaxy. He said, "You know, it's a whole new different thing for us. To have so much pink in the house, lilac in the house, and dresses... All the clothes [are] ready, the room's ready, so we're all ready for it and all excited."

Victoria Beckham, 37, recently launched a new fashion line called Victoria by Victoria Beckham. She was formerly a member of the girl group, the Spice Girls, and was known as Posh Spice. Her fellow band mate, Emma Bunton, aka "Baby Spice," welcomed a baby boy named Tate with her fiancé, singer Jade Jones on May 6.
