This week at the movies, the bear with very little brain returns to the big screen and the most anticipated movie of summer will cast it's spell over moviegoers as only one will walk away from the ultimate showdown in "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2."
In this eighth and final movie, Harry's journey comes full circle as he and Voldemort continue their campaign to destroy each other. No one is safe as an epic battle wages between good and evil, and Harry must decide how far he's willing to go to defeat the dark lord.
The Reel Deal: Unlike part one, part two is full of action, heart and even the most ardent Potter poopers will have to admit that this is a terrific way for the most successful movie franchise of all time to come to an end. I'm in.
The tubby little cubby all stuffed with fluff returns in "Winnie the Pooh."
Yes, Piglet, Rabbit, Eeyore and all of Pooh's friends reunite for a brand new adventure. Although Pooh had planned on a day of hunting for honey, Owl sends the gang on a mission to save Christopher Robin from an imaginary creature.
The Reel Deal:Charming, lovely, in good-old fashioned 2D, it reminds us that a great kid's movie has nothing to do with special effects and everything to do with loveable characters and good storytelling.
It's only an hour long, which is perfect for introducing the little ones to a movie theater and you'll be glad that the whole family paid a visit to The Hundred Acre Wood. I'm in.
In limited release, there's "Tabloid," which is about the scandalous beauty queen, Joyce McKinney, whose exploits in love took her into strange and even criminal territory and made her a tabloid headliner.
And there's "Gunless," which is about a notorious gunslinger waiting to face off against a foe in a town that doesn't have a single gun.
