Lawyer: Plans made to keep Casey Anthony safe

ORLANDO, Fla.

The 25-year-old is staying out of sight to avoid angry trial watchers who believe she killed her daughter, Caylee.

Her options for starting a new life could be limited because of lawsuits pending against her and a criminal record from her convictions for lying to police.

She walked out of jail on Sunday, shortly after midnight, and only a select few know where she is.

One thing that is certain is that Anthony did not go home to her parents. Their attorney says they simply received a text saying she was safe.

Anthony's July 5 acquittal shocked and enraged many around the country who had been following the case since Caylee's 2008 disappearance. Anger has spilled onto social media sites and elsewhere.
