Mamie Gummer, daughter of Oscar-winning actress Meryl Streep, recently married actor Benjamin Walker.
The two wed in Connecticut on Saturday and actresses Tracey Ullman, Laura Linney and Claire Danes were among the 150 wedding guests, the Washington Post reported. Gummer's spokesperson had no immediate comment.
Gummer, 27, and Walker, 29, met while co-starring in the Broadway revival of "Les Liaisons Dangereuses" in 2008. The stage production is based on a French novel that also spurred the 1999 film "Cruel Intentions.
In the play, Linney played one of the main characters, the scheming la Marquise de Merteuil, while Gummer portrayed the naive Cecile Volanges and Walker played her lovesick music teacher, le Chevalier Danceny.
Gummer and Walker became engaged in October 2009. She is the second-oldest child of Streep and Don Gummer. She has an older brother named Henry and two younger sisters, Grace and Louisa.
Gummer played Dr. Mina Minard on the short-lived ABC medical drama series "Off The Map" and also appeared on the CBS show "The Good Wife" and the 2008 HBO mini-series "John Adams." She also appears opposite "Glee" star Jonathan Groff in the independent 2010 film "Twelve Thirty."
Walker has appeared in the 2006 movie "Flags of Our Fathers" as well as in the 2009 film "The War Boys."
