"True Blood" found their niche with the crowds at San Diego Comic-Con on Saturday and Anna Paquin promised plenty of "dirty vampire sex" in the show's future.
Paquin, who plays the clairvoyant waitress Sookie Stackhouse in the HBO series sat on the "True Blood" panel and according to the Associated Press, she told fans that she felt her character is half innocent and remarked, "Then there's the part of her that has really dirty vampire sex."
The show's executive producer Alan Ball also gave some sexy spoilers, revealing that the Sookie and Eric (Alexander Skarsgard) shower scene depicted in the book series will be "weirder and dirtier" on the show.
He also said that one of his favorite scenes in the upcoming season is the "ritualistic gang rape of Jason Stackhouse" by werepanther women. Ryan Kwanten, who plays Jason, seemed to concur, joking "There was actually a sense of enjoyment in that for me as well."
Ball also gave a few spoilers for the fifth season, discussing how Eric turned Kristin Bauer's Pam into a vampire, the debut of other supernatural creatures and "a business venture that involves people of both sexes taking their clothes off for some kind of supernatural purpose." He also said that fans can expect "spirits without bodies" in upcoming episodes.
Steven Moyer said he was a bit disappointed in his 174-year-old vampire character Bill, for sleeping with his great-great-great-great granddaughter, adding, "Bill should have really done more research."
The fourth season premiered on June 26 and matched the series' record for its highest ratings with 5.4 million viewers.
