The film studio behind "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" is taking their anti-piracy efforts very seriously.

Summit Entertainment filed a lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday and sent out a press release to media outlets identifying Daiana Santia as one of several alleged hackers said to be responsible for leaking multiple images from the anticipated film online on March 31.

Santia has not commented. "Breaking Dawn - Part 1" is the fourth installment in the vampire film series that stars Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson and is due to hit theaters on November 18.

"Civil actions in the United States and Argentina name Daiana Santia, along with others, as being involved in stealing photographs, unfinished images and video," the press release from the studio read according to the Reuters news wire.

The statement also said: "Those who steal images, video and other intellectual property will be identified and prosecuted globally."

Back in March Summit Entertainment, as well as director Bill Condon and novel writer Stephenie Meyer, pleaded with fans not to pass along leaked images online.

"As some of you may know, pictures and screen grabs of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn as a work in progress have leaked on the internet. We are extremely proud of this film and also extremely heartbroken to see it out there at this stage," the statement said, according to The Hollywood Reporter. "Please, for those who are posting, stop. And please, though the temptation is high, don't view or pass on these images. Wait for the film in its beautiful, finished entirety to thrill you."

"The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn" will be released in two parts. The first part is set to be released on November 18, 2011 and the second part is due to hit theaters on Nov. 16, 2012.
