Monday, divers searching the Connecticut River found the body of Celina Cass near a hydroelectric dam a quarter-mile from her home.
Based on what divers found, police are calling her death suspicious.
Cass, who lived with her older sister, mother and stepfather a mile from the Canadian border, was last seen at her home computer around 9 p.m. on July 25 and was gone the next morning, authorities have said
Police once again cordoned off the duplex apartment where she lived with her family.
They say that there was no sign of a struggle and no indication she ran away or that someone took her.
