Roseanne Bar may have her eye on the "Dancing With The Stars" mirror ball trophy, but the television star says she "can't" do the show.
The 58-year-old tells XOJane.com, "My hips are bad. I think I need a hip replacement. That's why I can't do that 'Dancing with the Stars' [expletive]." She adds, "I really wanna do that show."
Last month, Barr talked to OnTheRedCarpet.com about her reality series "Roseanne's Nuts" and why she decided to start a macadamia nut farm in Hawaii. "If I could just get these [macadamia] nuts into the hands and mouths of hungry people I could be doing a good thing for the world," Barr said. "Since I got through menopause, it's been really important to me to try to figure out how to save the world before I die so I don't roast in hell forever."
Barr currently lives on the farm with her boyfriend Johnny Argent, son Jake and two dogs, Moxie and Zim. She also details her life experiences in her book "Roseannearchy: Dispatches from the Nut Farm," which was released in January. The show has shot 16 half-hour episodes.
She is likely best remembered for her sitcom "Roseanne." The show also starred John Goodman as Barr's husband and ran between 1988 and 1997. It was among the most popular comedy shows and hit No. 1 within months of its debut.
