Investigators said two men came up to the man and woman while they were in their car at a red light near La Monde Street and Stimson Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. Thursday.
They forced the man to drive to a nearby parking lot about three blocks away, tied up his hands and took his wallet, car keys and two cell phones. The victims were not hurt.
