They were in a car near La Monde Street and Stimson Avenue early Thursday morning.
The victims were stopped when two armed men forced their way into the car.
They ordered the driver to go to a parking lot, where the suspects tied the man's hands, took his wallet, car keys and two cell phones.
The suspects drove off in another car, described only as a dark 4-door Honda.
