A woman accused of sending threatening email and video messages to actress Marion Cotillard through a fan website was arrested on Thursday and is facing a stalking charge.

FBI agents identified the woman in a court filing as Teresa Yuan. She allegedly sent a series of violent messages in July about Cotillard that included ramblings about wanting to play Russian Roulette with her, reports the New York Daily News.

"The guilt and sorrow I feel now, I won't feel after it happens," Yuan reportedly said in video sent to the fan site on July 23. "After it happens I'll feel no regrets whatsoever ... that's apparently how it feels to be a killer, to be a murderer."

Yuan faces one charge of interstate stalking. She was arrested on Thursday and released on Friday on $50,000 bail. As part of court orders Yuan must stay away from Cotillard, her fan website and is barred from using Internet access outside her home or on any mobile device. All other Internet use will be monitored, reports the Associated Press.

The FBI was tipped off about Yuan when it received a complaint from the administrator of Cotillard's fan website in April about the emails and video sent by Yuan. According to court papers obtained by the wire service, by April the emails had "become increasingly threatening in nature" and Cotillard's "immediate family have become concerned for their physical safety." Yuan also claimed to know the actress' traveling schedule and said she would try to meet her.

The Oscar-winning actress gave birth to her first child, a son named Marcel, in May.

The 35-year-old and boyfriend Guillaume Canet, a French actor and director, welcomed the baby on Thursday, May 19, in Paris, Cotillard's spokesperson confirmed to OnTheRedCarpet.com.

Their son is named after Marcel Cerdan, a boxer who was the great love of Edith Piaf, a singer that Cotillard portrayed in the 2007 film "La Vie en Rose," the actress' agent told French news wire Agence France-Presse. The movie earned Cotillard her first Oscar win and nomination.

The actress and Canet, 38, have been together since 2007 and co-starred in the 2003 movie "Love Me If You Date." She appears in Canet's 2010 film "Little White Lies," which he directed and wrote.

Cotillard is currently shooting the movie "The Dark Night Rises," the third installment in Christopher Nolan's Batman film franchise that sees Christian Bale reprising his role as the superhero. Nolan had directed Cotillard in the 2010 movie "Inception."

In "The Dark Knight Rises," she plays Miranda Tate, a Wayne Enterprises board member who wants to help Bruce Wayne, Batman's alter-ego. Joseph Gordon-Levitt stars as John Blake, a Gotham City police officer, while Tom Hardy, also of "Inception," plays villain Bane and Anne Hathaway portrays Selina Kyle, whose alter-ego is Catwoman. The film is set for release on July 20, 2012.
