One of the suspects is a juvenile. Las Vegas police said the suspects would call casinos, disguise their voices and demand large amounts of money.
They threatened to blow up the casinos if their demands weren't met.
Detectives traced the calls to Ventura County and worked with the sheriff's department to make the arrests.
Zachary Johnson, 18, and a juvenile are facing charges of making false bomb threats and attempted extortion.
