OTRC: 'Glee' star Dianna Agron: I don't want to end up like Lindsay Lohan

Dianna Agron talks to OnTheRedCarpet.com at the premiere of 'Glee the 3D Concert Movie' in Los Angeles on Aug. 6, 2011.

Dianna Agron, who plays Quinn Fabray on "Glee," graced the cover of Cosmopolitan's September issue and told the magazine that she does not want to become the next Lindsay Lohan.

"It's really sad looking at people like Lindsay Lohan. She's an amazing actress, but you see what happens when people know too much about your personal life," Agron told Cosmopolitan. "They start not being able to look at you the same way professionally. I don't want that to happen to me."

The actress split from her "I Am Number Four" co-star Alex Pettyfer earlier in the year, and expressed an interest in keeping her private live away from the media.

"I have been getting a lot of questions about things that I don't feel the need to explain or talk about," Agron wrote on her Tumblr blog in February. "I don't mean it as an insult, I've just never shared private details of my personal life to promote my career or a project that I am working on. To me, it feels like cheating. What is the payoff worth when you haven't taken the fair steps to get there?"

Agron was photographed with bright pink hair on Thursday, wearing matching pink sunglasses. The 24-year-old actress has since confirmed it was dyed for work.

"Hey all! The pink is for work. Tried to keep it a surprise... so, that is all I will say! Thanks for all the nice comments on it! #barbiepink," Agron wrote on Twitter on Friday, which was also the first day the entire "Glee" cast was back on set.

Agron got her shaggy bob haircut in May and wrote on her Tumblr blog at the time, "Season 2 wrap. A remedy to the seven year itch. Finally!"

Agron just finished promoting her new film, "Glee: The 3D Concert Movie," which opened in theaters on August 12 (See photos from the premiere).
