Brooke Hogan, a reality star and the daughter of wrestler Hulk Hogan, recently posed nude for a Miami photographer and brought her father to the opening for his 58th birthday on Thursday.
Brooke appeared in the black and white portrait for the "Women in Cages" exhibit by photographer Jordan Michael Zuniga, which features photographs of women entrapped in cages. According to People magazine, 80 percent of the proceeds from the exhibition will go to the PETA organization.
"I've always had a love for animals, and I've seen abuse firsthand. It ignited my passion for saving them even more," Hogan, 23, told the Miami New Times. "I have a Pomeranian (love of my life) and once you know how emotional and intelligent they are, it's hard to know that they are hurting around the world. The worst part is that they are voiceless in our world, so it's our job to stand up for them."
Zuniga, the photographer is a PETA supporter and wanted to explore the politics surrounding the treatment of women and animals.
"Brooke was into the idea right away, this was something that really touched her," Zuniga told People magazine. "To put beautiful women in those cages? Well, they got a taste of what it was like to be crammed inside a cage."
The photos will be on display at Miami's Cafeina in Wynwood through September 10.
The Hogan family appeared on the reality series "Hogan Knows Best" from 2005 until 2007. After Hulk and Linda got divorced, Brooke appeared on the spin-off series, "Brooke Knows Best."
