The festival began Thursday night and was set to continue through Saturday.
Various performances at different venues including the House of Blues, Key club and the Viper Room are planned on the Sunset Strip for Friday night.
On Saturday, the strip itself was set to be closed for the outdoor festival.
Saturday's lineup includes performances by more than 70 bands including Bush, Public Enemy, Matt & Kim, Escape the Fate and more. Motley Crue is headlining the event.
