The manager of Delmonico's Lobster House told Eyewitness News that about 20 customers couldn't leave the restaurant because of the active manhunt.
The suspect is believed to be 43-year-old Brent D. Zubek, who is wanted for a double-murder in Chatsworth last weekend.
