Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds are in talks to reunite for the animated TV series, "And Then There Was Gordon."

Bullock's deal has not yet been signed, but the former "Proposal" co-stars in negotiations to lead the voice cast of the series, which is being produced by Reynolds and Allan Loeb's production company, Dark Fire and 20th Century Fox TV, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

"And Then There Was Gordon" follows the life of an average child who is surrounded by his brainy siblings and neurotic mother, who will reportedly be voiced by Bullock. Fox is already the home to the popular animated comedy series "The Simpsons" and "Family Guy."

Reynolds, 34, and his producing partner Loeb will co-write the script for the animated series and serve as the executive producers, along with Bullock, Steven Pearl and Jonathon Komack Martin.

Dark Fire recently sold its first project to Fox, a high school buddy comedy called "Guidance," which will star "Reaper"'s Tyler Labine.

Bullock, 47, and Reynolds are also set to reunite on the big screen in the action comedy "Most Wanted," which will be helmed by "The Proposal" director Anne Fletcher.

Earlier in the month, the couple was spotted hiking together in Wyoming's Grand Teton National Park with the Oscar-winner's 1-year-old son Louis. Bullock also recently appeared at the Los Angeles premiere of Reynolds' movie "The Change-Up," which hit theaters on August 5.

In January, Bullock and Reynolds rang in 2011 together in Texas, but spokespeople for both stars denied the two were romantically involved.

"I think there'll be a collective sigh amongst women across the United States when I say he's not my lovah, he's just an amazing friend I've had for 10 years," Bullock told NBC's Al Roker at the time at the 2011 Golden Globe Awards in a segment that aired on the "Today" show. "I don't get his loving after dark."

Bullock also said Louis, who she adopted last year before she divorced Jesse James, was the only man in her life at that moment, adding: "That's all I can handle."

Reynolds had himself recently finalized his divorce from actress Scarlett Johansson.
