Will Arnett, Zooey Deschanel, Ashton Kutcher, Julianna Margulies, Amy Poehler and Sofia Vergara will be presenting.
Some of the presenters are also nominated for awards.
Arnett is nominated for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Comedy Series for his appearance on "30 Rock."
Margulies is up for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her role in "The Good Wife."
Poehler is nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for "Parks and Recreation," and Vergara is up for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for "Modern Family."
Jane Lynch will host the awards show from the Nokia Theatre L.A. LIVE in Los Angeles on Sunday, Sept. 18.
