Lake Forest resident Oscar Perez, 68, was arraigned Tuesday on four felony counts of lewd acts on a child under 14 and a sentencing enhancement for multiple victims.
Perez was a pastor and bishop at the Old Catholic Church, which rented space at St. George's Episcopal Church in Laguna Hills.
Investigators say he met both victims at the church.
The Orange County District Attorney is asking any other alleged victims to come forward.
