The /*Chino Police Department*/ turned out in force Wednesday for the funeral of 7-year-old Jose Verduzco at Calvary Chapel.
Officers served as pallbearers for Verduzco, who lost his battle with brain cancer last weekend.
His parents said he wanted to be in law enforcement. Less than a month ago, Verduzco was sworn in as a member of the police department.
Jose even answered a radio call that day. His fellow officers said they'll never forget his courage and strength.
