Kirstie Alley wowed the crowd at Fashion Week in New York earlier this week when she walked the runway at Malaysian designer Zang Toi's Spring 2012 fashion show in what she called her "Cinderella Moment."
The actress claimed in a recent interview with Entertainment Tonight that she has "lost 100 pounds," according to Us Weekly. The 60-year-old added, "I honestly didn't even realize what I looked like."
Though reports say that Alley has trimmed down to a size four, the actress clarified her new size on her Twitter page. "FYI I'm NOT a size 4...lol...I have one dress that I went from a size 12 to a size 4 in...I'm a straight up 6," she wrote on Wednesday. "And damn proud of it!!!"
The actress also said that even though her appearance on "Dancing With The Stars" last spring helped her weight loss effort, her own weight loss product line called Organic Liaison was a big help to her as well. "ALSO I lost the weight using my products Organic Liaison...before during and after 'DWTS,'" she wrote on her official Twitter page. "It gives me the energy & discipline to stay lean."

At the show, Alley wore a long-sleeved, royal blue, bejeweled gown with a high neckline and sported a beehive hairstyle.
The actress competed on the ABC ballroom dancing series "Dancing With The Stars." She and partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy placed second. Alley also shed several pounds during her time on the show.
Alley rose to fame with the 1980s sitcom "Cheers" and played a former model on the comedy series "Veronica's Closet" in the late 1990s.
The actress has battled weight problems throughout her life and has in recent years poked fun at the issue on her own television shows, such as "Fat Actress" and "Kirstie Alley's Big Life," and on "The Late Show with David Letterman" in July.
She won praise in 2006 when she showed off a slimmer bikini body on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" after losing 75 pounds on the Jenny Craig program. She later regained the weight, then dropped 50 pounds in late 2010.Earlier this year, she was mocked about her weight by comedian and talk show host George Lopez, who later apologized.
Nicole Volynets, a professional dancer who studied with Chmerkovskiy, also praised Alley's fashion show appearance, Tweeting: Kirstiealley looking like the goddess she is in @zangtoi walking the cat ;).".
Talk show host Ricki Lake, who is one of the contestants of the upcoming 13th season of "Dancing With The Stars," says she agreed to compete on the show after watching actress Alley overcome hurdles on the previous season.
Lake, 42, echoed her praise late on Tuesday, Tweeting: "@kirstiealley Wow! You are a goddess! Yes, indeed an inspiration to me! #DWTS."
