Surveillance video out of Amherst shows the man's temper tantrum.
The footage shows him shoving things off the counter while yelling at an employee. The man then starts to walk out and it seems like things will calm down, but he wasn't quite done yet.
He walked back into the restaurant, and this time, he grabbed a mop and flung it at the worker.
No one was seriously hurt, but the man now faces several charges. He also has to undergo a mental evaluation.
