The Orange County Fair Board voted this week to end the swap meet's 42-year run at the fairgrounds.
Board members cited falling revenue and a difficult relationship with the company that runs the Market Place in its decision.
The company's president said he will do what he needs to do to protect business interests.
More than 1,500 vendors sell their goods at the swap meet.
The lease is set to expire in 18 months.
