The incident happened shortly after 4 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Harbor Boulevard, just outside of Disneyland.
Police said a van struck a man and a woman, killing them. The driver stayed at the scene.
Authorities are investigating the crash.
Police said Harbor Boulevard was expected to be closed in the 1500 and 1600 blocks, both north and southbound, for several hours.
