Frances Bean Cobain recently bought a $1.8 million home in Los Angeles' Hollywood Hills with part of her multi-million trust fund savings.

Frances, who is the only child of Courtney Love and late Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain, bought the Spanish style home in late July for $1,825,000 (See photos of the property).

The 3,350 square foot home has 4-bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and was built in 1930 by architect Carl Jules Weyl, according to the real estate blog, Realestalker.

Frances Bean, who turned 19 in August, is currently attending Bard College in upstate New York. She recently modeled for Los Angeles Times photographer Rocky Schenck, which are a softer contrast from the stark black and white photos she appeared in for her photo shoot with Hedi Slimane.

Frances Bean debuted her own artwork in July 2010 at Los Angeles' La Luz De Jesus Gallery, using the pseudonym Fiddle Tim. The somewhat dark drawings depicted characters like punk rock singer GG Allin and cult leader Jim Jones.

Cobain has a strained relationship with her mother Courtney Love, who lost custody in 2009 and took to Twitter to accuse Frances of 'destroying' her. The teenager reportedly inherited millions from a fund set up shortly after her father's death, when she was just 22 months old.

Courtney Love is reportedly penning an autobiography which is expected to include details about her strained relationship with her daughter. The Hole front woman also opened up to Vanity Fair magazine in their upcoming November issue and said if Kurt Cobain came back to life, she would kill him.

"Mad? Ya think?! If he came back right now I'd have to kill him, for what he did to us. I'd [expletive] kill him. I'd [expletive] him, and then I'd kill him," the 47-year-old singer told the magazine.

Love also got emotional over the mention of her daughter, Frances Bean.

"All I can feel is how much I love her," Love continued. "I'd give anything to hear the sound of her heels walking down the hall past my bedroom."

Love also claimed in the article that Frances Bean Cobain was made fun of at school, where she claims her daughter was called "crack baby" and said Frances wanted to get into show business with "a 'Zoey 101' or something."

France Bean's lawyer told the magazine that "the statements about schooling are inaccurate... The statements about her career desires, theater camp, show business, Nickelodeon, and the scripts are not accurate."

Love and Kurt Cobain got married on February 24, 1992 in Hawaii after dating for a year. The late Nirvana front man was wearing pajama pants at his wedding ceremony. Frances Bean was born later that year on August 18, 1992.

Meanwhile, in 2010 Love was sued by a management firm for $1 million after selling a portion of Cobain's band Nirvana's catalog for $20 million. Cobain commit suicide in Seattle on April 8, 1994 at the age of 27. Nirvana is known for hits such as "Smells Like Teen Spirit" and "Come As You Are."

September 24, 2011 marked the twenty year anniversary of Nirvana's second album, "Nevermind," which has sold over 30 million copies worldwide and was certified Diamond by the Recording Industry Association of America.
