Milla Jovovich wore a sleeveless, black lace Salvatore Ferragamo Fall 2011 gown with silver embroidery, a plunging, draped neckline and a thigh-high split to the recent premiere of her new film, "The Three Musketeers," in London.
The 35-year-old completed the look with Brian Atwood "Wagner" peep toe heels and a Jimmy Choo "Cosma" crystal clutch.
"The Three Musketeers" is the latest adaptation of the classic Alexandre Dumas tale of a young man named d'Artagnan who travels to Paris to become a fighter sworn to protect the French monarcy. He meets up with the trio Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, who teach him the motto "all for one, one for all."
Jovovich plays M'lady de Winter, who works as a spy for the evil acts Cardinal Richelieu, portrayed by Christoph Waltz, who famously played a Nazi officer in the 2009 film "Inglorious Basterds. Logan Lerman portrays D'Artagnan, Matthew Macfadyen stars as Athos, Ray Stevenson plays Porthos and Luke Evans portrays Aramis. "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor Orlando Bloom stars as the Duke of Buckingham.
Jovovich is best known for her roles in films such as "Resident Evil," "The Fifth Element" and "Dazed and Confused" as well as for her work as a spokesmodel for the L'Oreal cosmetics group's "Because I'm worth it" advertising campaign.
The new "Three Musketeers" film was released in Europe as well as in countries such as South Korea and Israel during the past few weeks and hits theaters in the United States on October 21.
Previous film adaptations of "The Three Musketeers" have been released over the years, include a 1993 Disney production starring Charlie Sheen, Kiefer Sutherland, Oliver Platt, Chris O'Donnell, Tim Curry and Rebecca De Mornay, who portrayed Jovovich's character.
