Nicki Minaj surprised two of her biggest fans on "Ellen" on Tuesday, cousins Sophia Grace and Rose, whose YouTube video covering the singer's "Super Bass" went viral.
8-year-old Sophia Grace Brownlee and her 5-year-old cousin Rosie, from Essex, England became internet sensations when their video picked up over 7 million views.
In the video, the cousins wear matching pink tutus and Sophia Grace demonstrates strong pipes and impressive rapping skills and Rose, 5, offers support and bobs along.
Minaj shared the video to her Twitter followers and agreed to meet them on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show."
The girls talked to "Ellen" before the talk show host revealed her surprise guest to enthusiastic screams.
"Within five seconds of seeing this video I was calling everyone. I was also receiving a billion emails. Everyone was like, 'You have to see this little girl'. She blew me away," Minaj told Ellen and the girls. "Seriously, we are watching a journey that's about to be amazing. You are incredible. I just want you to stay in school. Music is beautiful but stay in school."
Minaj also promised to take the adorable pair on a shopping spree for school supplies and music equipment the following day.
Earlier in the day, Minaj and Pitbull announced the nominees for the 39th annual American Music Awards (Check out the full list of nominations). Minaj was nominated for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist and for Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Album for "Pink Friday."
The 2011 American Music Awards show will be broadcast live from the Nokia Theater L.A. LIVE on Sunday, November 20, on ABC at 8 p.m. ET.
